If you're new here, you may want to learn what this site is about. I encourage you to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
Get Rich Slowly has been live and public for one month. I hope you’ve found it as informative as I have.
There’s more personal finance information to write about than I can ever hope to cover. If you have topics you’d like to see discussed, please let me know. I promise that there will be more book reviews soon, and that I’ll provide both capsule summaries of each book’s advice, as well as extended thoughts on the author’s ideas.
In the near future, I’ll be fixing some lingering infrastructure issues, such as:
- Providing a contact page that actually exists
- Erecting a links page to other personal finance sites
- Creating a more accessible archives format
- Tweaking colors slightly to make them more readable
- Etcetera, etcetera, etcetera
Don’t be surprised if the site goes through periodic layout changes as I play with a variety of WordPress templates.
If you have any suggestions or requests — for site design or for future content — please let me know. You’ll have to leave a comment on this entry, though, because the contact page doesn’t exist yet…

I didn’t realize your site was only a month old! Very polished, and I’m really enjoying reading your posts. Please keep up the great work!

Seriously! Happy Anniversary/Birthday whatever. This site has such great content and layout that its hard to believe its only a month old.
As for future content, I would like to see articles about WHAT to research for when comparing different companies/sites to manage our retirement funds? There seems to be endless posts/articles telling us to start one, but not where to start it (unless they’re self-promoting of couse).
Thanks again for such an awesome site. Best wishes and keep up the good work!

I’d like to see a piece on lowering monthly bills. One of the best ways to have more money is to lower expenses. Maybe suggestions on shopping around for phone service, internet access, car insurance, etc.
I too didn’t realize the site was only 1 month old. Good job! I’m enjoying every post.

Wow, only 1 month! I must have stumbled upon this awesome site the day it opened… and didn’t even know it.
I love what you’re writing about as it applies to my age (33), financial situation (credit debt), and retirement goals.
Keep up the great work!!!

Having to register to post comments is annoying and squelches discussions. Why not try an open system and if the comment spam becomes a problem you can always switch to registering then.
