		<description>Whenever we go out to eat, my wife and I ride our bicycles to the restaurant.  We generally make meals at home, but for the occasional nights out, the bike ride serves as a way to help burn off the extra calories we consume.  We also keep the extra leftovers as lunch the next day.  We always consider a meal out as really two meals- it helps with portion control.</description>
