Please think the "in place" to live is on the north side of Indianapolis. I live on the south side of Indianaoplis and commute downtown every day. It takes me 1/3 the time than people on the north side. Housing/land costs less so I have more house for my money. Products are a wee bit cheaper. Finally, people are starting to move south and to that I say "but the north side is the place to be." What can I say? I'd rather keep my morning commute as short as possible!
