He is such a handsome little fellow. Isn’t it sooo cool when they discover the FREE ways to enjoy the hot summer days!
Great photograph!

Call me stupid, but I don’t know what I’m looking at in this photo. Aside from getting wet, what is the “free” way to keep cool?!

Running through the sprinkler!
I guess I should be more explicit. When we were kids, we never worried about how hot it was. If it was hot, we’d go outside and set up a sprinkler. This photo shows that happening. We were at a family birthday, and all of the adults were sitting around moaning about the heat. The kids, though, were fine. They were frolicking in the sprinkler, and didn’t complain about the heat at all. Yes, the water probably cost *something*, but not much…
Makes me want to go home and run through a sprinkler myself…
