Dig the groovy TV, man.
sad, so sad
It hasn’t changed so much, has it?
I am Norwegian, and I still have the dream about one day going to america and get me a new life and a nice job and house and wife and car and kids and and and and.
=(
That’s sad, beautiful, and strangely compelling. I love old magazines.
They should have added cell phones and credit cards!
Very sad indeed.
You can dream
the American Dream
but you sleep with the lights on
and wake up with a scream
–Warren Zevon
It’s always been a sad, hopeless dream. And an expectation born of the capitalistic need to create demand. Any expectation that comes from outside ourselves will lead only to disappointment and sadness.
But I still think the TV is groovy. It’s got legs AND rabbit ears!
Maybe naked-eye astronomy is not such a cheap hobby.
I was just looking at this image again and realized that one of the “constellations” is a drill-press. How cool is that?!
J.D., I caught that right away. I think it’s next to a power drill. Maybe something subliminal going on there.
