At work (Insurance office) we get a lot of calls wanting to know if leaking windows and roofs and mold are covered due to faulty workmanship. There is a particular subdivision in Molalla that is especially bad. I second finance girl. My take home lesson from this: Try to schedule a tour of the house on a rainy day. That way you can spot things like this.
