I’m not so sure about that “Living on a Dime” link. When I read this “It’s funny because God really does give us the desires of our hearts!” in reference to a finding a house they could finally afford I kind of gave up on the site.
Although not really answering the question that was asked of them on when to buy a different car and their seeming backpeddling on advertising in their articles didn;t help either.

Echoing baabaaloo’s doubts:
The recipe section is highly uninspiring, and I say this as someone who is currently living on a dime and married to a chef. Just because you’re broke doesn’t mean you’ve got to stop adding seasoning to make food taste good. It looks like they pulled recipes with the least amount of ingredients out of a bad 1950s cookbook somewhere.
