		<description>Interesting that we had the banking lobby push for change in the bankuptcy laws( approved by congress) and now they(clueless congress) want to show support for the common man with meaningless committee (for air time).

How about enrolling those in trouble to a program of paying off the principal at prime rate and no new credit charges allowed!

PS Also the card vendors could not drop the customer if enrolled.

They get the money loaned and a rate of return!

Hear the card vendors crying foul!!!!</description>

		<description>I am mostly of the crowd that it is a personal responsibility issue. If you are getting fee's thats because of your actions.

However, there are some things that I feel are really unfair. For example, over the limit fees. You have a card, interest gets added on and all of the sudden you are over the limit. Of course, this is at the end of the 30 day cycle, so there is no way to "fix" it and you get a $35 over the limit fee!

That's not it though, you are also over the limit on the new month as well, so there is another $35 over the limit fee.</description>
