		<description>We installed a tankless water heater a few months ago and it seems to work pretty well - although we don't live in the house yet (when the cabinets are finished and appliances put in?).  Ours is pretty big and has completely replaced the old water heater:

As you can see, we had to fit it in a, let's say, "tight" spot right next to the door and across from a washer &amp; dryer.  A real pain to put in all the venting:
