I have a cashback credit card (it’s only 1%, but it’s better than nothing) that I use to buy most everything, but I log into my account at least every 2 days to pay the bill off. It’s safe if you can keep on top of it.

The idea has been around for centuries.

On another note, I always use a credit card for reservations (car, flight, hotel) and to make online purchases. It affords so much more protection than a debit card.

I agree with you that our thoughts and attitudes play a huge role in defining our life. I actually love the consensus reality theory. I sometimes see markets & trends that way. If enough people believe in themselves, a company, or a market, then they will shift that belief into a success.

With all the protections credit cards offer I try to make sure not to buy anything with my debit card.

Just recently American Express paid to have my TV fixed, whereas I would have been out $250 otherwise.

However, it does mean you need to be more aware of your account balances than you would have to be otherwise.
