Re. inbox zero, I&#039;ve been at that state for about 5 years or so.  I had a consultant come by once at an old company that I worked at to review processes / efficiencies.  He commented that I was the only person he&#039;d ever seen that had a completely empty inbox.  That kind of surprises me, although I don&#039;t think I&#039;ve ever seen anyone else with an empty inbox either.  Then you get those silly messages from gmail asking you to look at google reader if you want to read something.  Good grief.
