I think it really adds to the sense of community at GRS but also it's important that people relate to these people for who they are and what they write. Too often people can jump to mean conclusions about the other authors on here other than JD Roth. I have to admit I was disappointed when this became a multi-author blog but it only took a few months to realise that it significantly increased the variety of articles on here.
