I've been a follower of several PF blogs over the years, and it seems like most of them just fizzle out after a few years - they've said all that needs to be and just get old and stale. This is the only "old" PF blog that continues to evolve AND remain truly engaging - I just wanted to compliment you on that. JD, I just wanted to comment and say that I really like the way this blog has changed. Mike Hunt – one of the featured reader profiles, is a CEO making 400K with a net worth of 2-3 million. Apex is a real estate investor (who btw is an open book and will answer ANY questions I have ever thrown at him) with a 2-3 million portfolio. Wanted to let my GRS friends know if they haven’t seen it yet – fascinating! What surprises me the most is how open and filling these people are to mentor and pass on their wisdom.
