i use networthiq.com.. zillow for home prices (just an estimate but better than nothing)

i used to do it monthly but it's a little too much for me.. i only do it yearly now

Get real guys! How many of you luxo car owners are rich? If you're upper-middle class or lower, then you made a huge mistake in regard to your finances. What a huge negative hit to one's finances (unless of course you're truly rich). I can't believe someone on this thread actually called a $50k car...

some minor changes from last year.. but nothing too drastic.. here are my simple goals - keep 6 months of emergency savings at all times - get car loan down to 10k or less (w/ extra payments to principal) - at least 10% of income into 401k - $2,500 into roth ira non-financial goals - work out at lea...
