Divide your semiannual insurance bill by 6 and enter that in your system as a monthly bill. D'oh. I knew someone here probably would be able to think simpler than me. That would be really easy to setup in excel. One column would be expense date, one column would be expense description, and another column would be expense amount (you could also do a date field for when it was entered). Leave yourself as many rows as you think possible in a month (say 20 possible ...
