you said you have the potential of earning 95k if it works out after the six months and they make you permanent. I'd take the 72k which sounds like a sold offer. It kind of matters how much better the medical benefits are at the old place too because if they sucked anyway then you're not really miss...

I don't know! I'm doing the opposite. I'm also 24 years old, I contribute nothing to my 401k and I'm spending every extra cent on trying to get my business off the ground.
