So I have been reading different opinions on the benefits of both short-term trading and long term trading. A proponent of long-term traders will tell you it's silly to time the market and try to make money short-term. Hedge Funds and other short-term traders will tell you there's a huge opportunity...

I personally think Vangard Developed Markets Index Fund (VDMIX) is a pretty good long-term investment. Considering the current position in the market, I think it is a PERFECT opportunity to start investing. Personally International funds are attractive to me because you get to hedge against some of ...

I think being debt free is definitely possible if you manage your budget right. Some of the big debts are: Education, Cars, Mortgage, and Credit Cards right? Education - work hard for a scholarship or go to an in-state school for much lower tuition. Work during school to pay off loan. I've seen peop...

I've been trading for a while now. I've been getting better at day trading/short-term trading, but everytime I get to a decent return on my investments, stock crashes.
