You should do some calculations and see what will pay off for you more...if your interest rates are higher than your savings rates, I would pay the debt off.

exactly, I can't imagine having more than $100k sitting in anything other than a retirement account. Split the money up and guarantee you get it all back... seems pretty simple to me.
