I think this is a good conversation. You're getting a little nit picky with the whole entrepreneur thing. As an entrepeneur, I have to disagree with you. The key is in being able to to sell, (and make money on) anything. (and see the opportunity in the first place) Kids come across money in many dif...

There is nothing theory about it. I have two kids, 4 and 5. They are already grasping the idea of earning money. Maybe it is because they have watched me buy and sell, build my own businesses and invest, and see the example I set for how I earn, create and find money. My little guys know how to sell...

I must be the only one in the PF Blogosphere that doesnt believe in allowances for kids. While I like the idea behind teaching kids how to save etc,- really the most effective way to teach kids the value of money is to have them earn it themselves. When house values are down, people feel less secure and therefore spend less. Cash flow isn't based off the values of ...

Dirt grows real well in my backyard- how are you going to mess with perfection? Seriously though, I would like to get some landscaping for my backyard. I did try to grow some grass last year. It was a DIY gone horribly wrong. I got ant-b-gone stuff, and grass seed the same day. Ant-b-gone went on th...

What a small world bloggers have, really! Nneka is a friend of mine and Kimbers from a business and real estate forums we all met on!

I should meditate. I suppose my version of that is working out (aka trainer kicks my ass) and baths (calm and troubles down the drain).

When I first calculated my net worth three years ago or so, it was negative! I kept track of it until I had positive networth (woo-hoo!), because that was a big deal. Now however, I measure my wealth by one thing: cash flow. My end financial goal is not a networth, but rather x amount of passive cas...
