Do you have other methods that are worth sharing?

Is anyone looking to buy real estate? In my area, prices are depressed. I know a guy that does home renovations and he is amazed how depressed the values are.

Keep putting money in company match. In the long run, you will be further along. Given your age and the fact that the market is down, you should havea a nice retirement with several million dollars.

Your doing a great job and should be proud of yourself. Work to get the debt paid off. It will come in due time.
You could put some items up for sale as suggested by others. Remeber that money is not everything and it should not be the deal breaker to a relationship.

You can find great buys, both brand new, and refurbished at Slickdeals.

I know of a couple guys buying brand new Dell computers at really good prices and turning around and selling them on Ebay and Craigslist for about $150-$300 profit.

They were featured about 2 weeks ago on the Today Show. They also had other sites such as a place you could borrow a purse. I can't remember that website, but I will see if I can find it.

I prefer to use coupons at the grocery store and at CVS and Walgreens and stay out of the large wholesale clubs. You will save more money using coupons than shopping at large wholesale clubs.
