I have saved a lot of money buy honestly using cash- I beleive seeing it leave my hands makes it more difficult to spend than swiping a card that seems to have an unlimited balance!

I would recommend that you pay off all current debt before you start saving for long term, you would honestly be loosing more money than you are making by paying intrest rates and inflation . but keep an emergancy fund for 3 months of expense that should cover something big like job loss or even sma...
