If you are willing to go for three years or more with a certificate at Penfed you can draw anywhere from 3 1/2 % for three years up to 4 % for five or more. Or 2% for one year.

I bought three of Daves books and gave them to the three "sons" in the family ,not because I agree with everything he says but I do like his idea of cutting up credit cards and paying off debt.

Set yourself up on a salary each week or month and pay yourself a paycheck. That is what I did most of my life so that when the good times were here I did not spend more than when the hard times came.
