Permanent life insurance will remain in effect until the insured dies, after which the death benefits will be paid out to the beneficiaries. It is substantially more expensive than term life insurance. Whether it is good for you or not depends on you. It requires a lot of thought and planning.

You need to understand the way how employers decide salary levels of their employees. They use a variety of bench marking tools. What you feel talk to your boss politely.

Use the Excel spreadsheet to create different categories for your monthly budget plan. Keep track of each spending at the end of the day. Evaluate it every week and total your expenses to take a close look at your spending on each item.

Keep your duplex and sell the other one. This is a tricky situation and you have to handle it very carefully. Either way to get out of your situation, selling one property will be a wise decision.

There are lot of recipes in magazines with good pictures and these are generally the easy ones. I always look at them, cut them out if good and try it as my quick fix. They have good salads that are easy to prepare and can be even refrigerated for the next day.

I like the piggy bank idea. That is how my parents started giving me money and i got an understanding of how it shouldn't be spent unnecessarily. Kids realize that when using a piggy bank, their money gets exhausted and doesn't come back if they keep spending. So they learn to spend wisely. We as ki...

Instead of meat you can have grilled fish or grilled chicken instead. It is a much healthier and equally tasty alternative to meat. Also if you cant resist burger, have it with chicken instead and use brown bread. Avoid your mayo and eat the same thing in a healthier way.

You need a balance of both, logic and emotions. You just cant be practical all the time and never listen to your heart. Nor can you blindly follow your emotions. It is important to balance the two well. That is what ultimately leads to success. This success can be enjoyed only when done rightly with...
