If you are good at managing your finances, then you should lead your child by example. Maybe what you can do is you can start by not giving extra money if your child finishes her/his pocket money for the day? Then they will learn the importance of saving up and not to splurge anyhow they want.

Try to put apple cider vinegar in your diet. It really helps a lot. When I first started using it, a friend of mine said that I look thinner than usual. And we only meet on every weekend! :)

Yeah, Shaun is right. Listening to motivational audios and reading motivational books really helps a lot. But the trick to doing that is to do it everyday, not just once a week or once every 2-3 days.
