Amazing post. I've known about short term and long term goals when I was in high school and I think this one is more detailed. Will definitely try this one out, I'll just have to think my goals now since I'm kinda mixed up with things now. Thanks for posting this.

I think what you are planning to do is great to increase the value of your property. I know it is really hard to cut down costs but it is great that you are making efforts to pay those debts with all your might. Hope you'll be successful in keeping some of the money after you sold it.

Congratulations in having your first paycheck. If it were me, I'll probably spend half of that in paying my loan and half would be on savings or investments. But it's your decision so trust your instincts and go with it ;)
