Completely agree.

D-T fusion will always have to contend with the first wall problem, but eventually it will be solved (liquid metal shielding perhaps) and we can turn neutron heating into steam. The first fusion plant will be massive!

Well, bad news everyone... I went to the bank and was told that since I will be deploying and thus leaving the house, they would have to treat it as a rental property refinance and thus only fund 75% of the cost. So.... what now? If I go ahead and sell my cars I will have 0 cars, save about $600 a m...

Thanks for the advice. I guess what burns me about the whole situation is that I'll be taking several thousand dollars of loss on the car even though I've only owned them for a couple of months/a year. That really stings!
