Ironically, I think the only way we wouldn't be able to access our money is if we all started running to the bank and pulling all of our cash out before the weekend. I'm a former WaMu customer, and there was no interruption of service after they got taken over by the FDIC and bought by JPMorgan Chase.

I've been happy with http://www.hostmonster.com/ for the past year and a half. I've used Dreamhost and Bluehost in the past, but they weren't reliable for me. Host Monster is the first provider I've used that I actually want to stick with when my contract is up.
