I am Steven Bulmer. My expertise is personal finances at the micro level and Financial Literacy, Psychology and Coaching at the macro level. I have a degree in economics and psychology. I have joined the effort to raise awareness of the need for Financial Literacy which has become the focus of just about every country in the G20. To that end I have written a book, built a website and contributed to discussions on personal finance from blogs like this one to making a personal presentation to the Canadian Task Force on Financial Literacy.

On a personal level I have endured the struggles of personal finance through all of its phases. I went to the brink of bankruptcy but 12 years later I retired in White Rock, BC, Canada. I am a full fledged member of the sandwich generation.
