What? Don't believe I'm "America's Cheapest Man"? Just ask my wife, she'll vouch for me. Pooooor thing; we've been married 24 years, or, as she says, "Nearly three and a half wonderful years." Not all at once, mind you.

I'm a writer regarding all matters of thrift-craft (particularly those involving a sense of humor) and occasionally appear on the NBC Today Show reporting on, well, cheap stuff.

Gosh no, I’m just a lowly cheapskate who looks for lost change in hotel lobby furniture (aka “cushion mining” – BTW, those things are like upholstered ATM’s), but I appreciate the welcome.
