What you think the whole day?

Anything goes. But keep it civil, please.

What you think the whole day?

Postby Swapnil » Mon Feb 04, 2013 1:23 am

So, as the title says, I just want to ask the fellow members what they think all the day long for e.g : about their job, about their life, whether your thoughts are positive or negative, hoping to get true and genuine answers as this is a very big problem for any individual behind every grievance that he faces in a day.

I think about a lot of things, and I do it roughly in proportion to the time I spend time on them. In other words, I mostly think about work at work, but think of personal life a little. On my personal time, I mostly think about personal things, but think of work a little

The question here arises now is whether the things you think are positive or negative and if they are negative are you able to control them, and for the personal thing what do they normally relate to Past, Present or Future.
Are you satisfied with your thinking what is your mood the whole day is it jolly, tensed, frustrated on the basis of your thinking.

No, I think that's important too. You can't direct everything that happens, but you can direct how you react to it.

Just remember this one thing and keep it in your mind the whole time, specially those time when you think that you can not direct every thing that happens to you,
"your life revolves around your thoughts, your thoughts are the ones which decide your present and your future too, the thoughts you keep today will not only affect the particular day but some of it will spill over to the next coming days as well, just practice one easiest thing that will definitely help you to get over your grief and move your life to the happiness. Do reply if you are interested to listen.
