I'm new here, and I also love the idea of a personal financial journal. It's rare to see young people with their head on so straight these days, so I applaud your efforts here and wish you the best. That's already a huge percentage that is going straight to savings, which is great. What year in school are you?

My first reaction was, "you could have easily made $1900/month without the $80k in student loans." A good waittress can make more than that. I hope there's a big step up in income in your future.
