dtr wrote:DFC, about the P90x, are you doing that at home, or do you go to a gym? I'm looking for some type of planned routines, and considering P90x, as I've heard plenty of good things from its adherents.

My husband is doing PX90 at home (in the garage) and he bought the DVDs and the various other equipment from craiglist at pretty good prices.

I'm going to try it out too at some point (just not at the same time as Mr. Sam).

it's good to have a training buddy, it helps with the motivation because from day 1 this program will give many reasons to quit

try keeping a log of your daily workout and food
it helps with accountability and serves as some kind of marker for goals you'll need to reach and or exceed.

D-Day minus 10 or 14

I'm hoping for a normal bonus check to be paid out to my wife, which will kill the car2 debt in 10 days , otherwise we would have to wait another 4 which of course will get my spreadsheets outta whack.

it's still not coming fast enough
