Oh. I forgot to mention. I had a job as soon as I moved down, it's just my expenses have been out of control, apparently for a year. I'm trying to do better. It's been a while since I posted, but here's what I've got:

Assets:
Roth: 5690.85
401k: 16687.33
ING: 759.27
Credit Union: 5
Fidelity Credit Card: 1
Pending deposit 1838.51

Liabilities:
-3809.94 BofA Card
-9279.38 Student Loan

My dad died in June and that was a financial hit as well as a personal one. I had to take out 1500 from my Roth to have enough cash. The BofA card is going to carry a balance this month, which I'm not wild about. I need to do real money planning and soon. For now I'm just skating by. I should be receiving life insurance money soon however which will reimburse me for a handful of expenses. I feel thrice as out of control as the last post. And still nothing has gone to the Roth. I've missed out on the investment month since the 1930s.

Well it's been almost 6 months, but I'm finally getting to update things. We're still working through things with Dad's estate, but hopefully that will be over in the coming months. I'm considering buying a house so that may be a big change, we'll see. I also got a raise today

Assets:
Roth: $10,675.77
401k: $19,774.49
ING Check: $3,861.12
ING Save: $8,480.53
Credit Union Check: $0
Credit Union Save: $5
Sharebuilder: $24,734.24

Liabilities:
-$4,092.97 AmEx (dumped BofA because they are evil)
-$8,891.58 Student Loan

Net Worth: $54,551.6 + car

Well it's been quite a while, but updating again. Things have been difficult, but I'm trying to get back on the financial horse. Lets hope it's not a few years before I update again.

Assets:
Roth IRA: $34,113.91
Roth 401k: $19,946.74
ING Check: $1,936.13
Credit Union Check: $0
Credit Union Save: $5

Liabilities:
-$1,147.78 FIA
-$8,099.27 AmEx
-$6,280.22 Student Loan

Net Worth: $40,474.51 + car

Well exactly that happened. It's been a couple of years.

Roth IRA: $40,055
Roth 401k: $29,262
ING Checking: $6,991
Credit Union: $5
Prosper Account:$833

Fidelity Credit Card: -$8,240
BofA Credit Card: -$12,407
Student Loan: -$5302

Net Worth: $51,197 + Car

Well I'm not exactly excited that I've lost $3,400 over the last 2 years. But hopefully now that I'll be watching things more carefully, things will improve. I'm moving into my own place as my partner and I separate. I think the old adage that "two can live as cheaply as one" is completely untrue (at least I hope it is), because I intend to save money on my own. I guess only time will tell. My goal is to report back here at the end of August with new numbers. My goal is $500+ in the net worth, however, first last and one month security deposit might sink that goal. Nonetheless, it's my goal.

[Update]
I just realized I didn't see the actual last post I saw the next to last post. Apparently I'm up from my last post. Good to start on a good note.
