Well maybe I'll get lucky. My raise can be split between an instant bonus or added to my salary, its not my choice though, and I don't know where its going yet. But there's a possibility of a bonus, an extra paycheck in March, and then possibly a tax return.

No offense, but with that kind of debt, you really have no business buying a $6,700 shiny rock. You should go talk with your fiance about the financial situation, return the ring, and get her a beautiful $1,500 ring.
