I cannot believe this bank does not support MAC OS systems. Something is not right.

From the Ally Bank Help Center:

NOW I AM REALLY CONCERNED

Safari 5.05 is on my machine.

Today I got an email stating my initial deposit had occurred:

YOUR ALLY BANK ACCOUNT


Your initial deposit was sent to your new Ally Account

Last night I specifically asked Ally customer service NOT to do the transfer from their end because of an error message I kept getting. Today the transfer is showing up on my bank account.


When I went to Ally site today to try and make another small deposit, thinking the problem had been corrected THE SAME ERROR OCCURRED:

As I said, something is not right.

I'm guessing that your transactions are going through but that the result isn't rendering properly. Call them again and forget about troubleshooting, just make sure you know what transactions have and haven't occurred. Make sure you write down the time you called and the name of the rep you talk to.

When you go back into the site, try using another browser. I would guess that the error message will not recur.

I did switch browsers and everything worked. Thank you for your prompt reply and advice. It must be the programmer in me to want to fix the bugs. Thanks again.

I use Firefox on the Mac OSX and that fine with Ally .
