Well done on quitting. I quit about 2 years ago and haven't looked back since. The money I save each month means that I can go on really good holidays and I feel so much better in myself. I didn't realize just how much I was spending on cigarettes until I quit and I had so much more money in my account at the end of the month.

At last you have made it!I have long observed that all smokers are not alike; some quit relatively easily on their own while others say it is the hardest thing they have ever done in their lives....
