Cash flow! – Financial freedom bitchez!
Where am I, and where do i want to be?
I'm broke and unemployed with debts of 40'000 SEK = 4'000 € ~ 5'700 $
I'm feeling really bad about this shit and it's creating massive stress on me
I can't ever do anything with my friends
I can't travel at all
I can't go out to a club or join a consert
I can't even go to the movies
Aaaaaaaaaaand, so! I've decided I'm going to cut all stupid expenses, and save money wisely, invest in property etc!

I want to become economically independent!


So, who am I?
22 years old
No Education
Been working in sales last 3 years, with little success
Been spending money och alcohol, weed, cocaine, junk fodd etc.

Now though, I'm training everyday, I'm out of addiction land (!), and I'm going to get a good job, and eventually start my own business.

DEADLINE OF FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE 1st of January, 2022

Action plan!
What do i have to do? What are my check points?
· Get a job (full time)
· Pay all debts
· Save an emergency fund of 30'000 SEK = 3'000 € ~ 4'300 $
· Buy an apartment (not renting, buying)
· Pay all mortgages
· Save 30 % of all incomes with a good asset allocation


I might add some shit to this statement, but this is the jist of what I'll be doing.
part from this I'm working out like a maniac, meditating, learning to cook for REAL, studying, getting clean off of substance abuse, and some other shit. My life is really turning around. This is awesome!


I'm doing this to keep track of my financial progress and get inspiration and encouragement.

Good on you for making the changes to your lifestyle and getting your head around your needs for the future.

Start out by making a list of all your current debts, what the minimum repayments are, when they need to be paid (weekly/monthly) and when it needs to be paid off by (actual date it's all due to be paid), and whatever interest rates apply to them.

There's not much interest rate or deadlines to speak of though.
You could say, "luckily", but actually, it's mostly to friends and family, how typical a junkie!

But it's no hard feelings from anyone, I am truly blessed with amazing friends!

Now I'm getting the debts off of my back though, if I can only manage to get a fukken job!

Got about 40-50 applications out atm, and got a meeting with sort of a job coach tomorrow!

Just got a good plan for a "job-aplication-schedule-type-of-thang" sorted!
30 mins/day of aplying and checking the internet.

Got CVs and letters for 6-7 different types of work. Got for working in coffee shops (not the dutch kind ), industrial work, restaurant services, nightclubs etc.

I AM working, this IS like a real fucking job, that's how I'm going at it, so I know I'll succeed. I will sort this out, I'm getting there!

Aight so I've got awesome news, and a new path of smaller check points towards my pig picture goal:

Getting a license to drive a truck! getting a truck in the blink of eye after that, going to rock that shit and get promotions and what not.
Also getting my ass in some sort of passive income generating business. Affiliate marketing or creating my own products/books. Got lots and lots of ideas.
