The question I'm still left with, is should my child be subjected to the lower-end of the spectrum often found in public schools?  I mean the kids that just don't care, don't want to be there, and act like animals...  It's a puzzling question to me.

On the one hand, I feel like you should be exposed to that element, but on the other...why?  I don't deal with those folks in my daily life...why should my child?  I know bad things happen in all schools, but there are varying levels of "bad" and "constantly bad".</description>
