These are good points, especially the closing costs associated with multiple sales. Would it be worth trying to sell my home on my own? Current interest rate is 4%
Annual taxes are $3,300
Monthly Insurance is about $55

Yes, that would include condo fees. The condo would be large enough to live in with up to two children.
